Pilots
Flight OperationsJoin a team that values safety, professionalism, and operational excellence. We are seeking experienced pilots with ATPL licences and a passion for delivering the highest standards of private aviation.
- ATPL licence (UK or EASA)
- Minimum 3,000 total hours (Captain: 5,000+)
- Type rating on business jet platforms preferred
- Current Class 1 medical
- Clean aviation record
Cabin Crew

- Previous VIP or business aviation cabin crew experience
- Valid cabin crew attestation (or willingness to obtain)
- Fine dining and luxury hospitality background valued
- Multiple languages advantageous
- Flexibility for irregular schedules
Operations Specialists
OperationsOur operations team is the engine room of Volantis Air. From flight dispatch and planning to ground handling coordination, operations specialists ensure every flight runs seamlessly.
- Flight dispatch or operations experience
- Knowledge of European airspace and procedures
- ICAO/IATA operational standards familiarity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 24/7 shift flexibility
Engineering
Technical ServicesOur engineering team ensures every aircraft meets the highest standards of airworthiness. We seek licensed aircraft engineers with experience on business jet platforms.
- EASA Part-66 B1/B2 licence
- Experience on business jet types
- Knowledge of EASA Part-M and Part-145
- Strong documentation and compliance skills
- Willingness for on-call and AOG support
